As a fresher according to the current market conditions, you can expect much . if you can provide a very good profile to the clients, requirements then your market value can be more. Many consultancies pays a less salary to the freshers but a very good incentives once they gives the best profiles (This is only for the recruitment wing) . When you takes other wing such as Learning and development, On boarding, Talent Acquisition, Documentation or Attendance and time management system your salary at the starting of your career may be less. Initially you have to learn the market, after 3 or 4 years of experience, you can start demanding the market.

Fresher Engineering or Arts and science - 8k to 20k (may high based on skills and colleges )

MBA Fresher - 8k to 30k (May be very high based on college and domain skills)

Hope this helps you.
