There is no facility for any free seat. You have the reservations or first entry basis as per your merit or rank,  this is possible.

Actually in the 2nd PUC examination you need to score minimum of 30% marks.  That is you need to score minimum of 210 just to qualify. Now its upto you that how much you have a developed rank.

Though all university have some management quota seats.
