Dear Bhavesh percentage is not that much matter in taking admission in IIT, the things matter is jee mains marks if you get top50 marks you can easily get B.Arch course program. So focus on jee mains and get higher marks and if you have more than average marks in 12TH it is OKAY but try to get higher marks in jee.
