Mostly the students who pursuing b.pharma do not get good placements only after graduation.So, to have a secured future they must opt for post graduation as well .After post graduation, one has several optiobs available which include :

• Lecturer
• Manufacturer
• Distributor
• Pharmaceutical drug dealer

Etc

But if particularly talking about placements , then it is highly a college dependent factor.Some may provide good placements while some may provide no placements at all. Past statistics reports show that private colleges provide better and more placements then government colleges. So , either mention your college or university name so that i can tell you their placement records more specifically. But if you haven't chosen your college till now , then i would suggest you to choose it wisely.
