What is the placement process in mba colleges. Does academics marks matter for campus placement?

Hello Subho,
Yes It matters but not everywhere. Your academic record tells about you that how you utilized your time. Where you invested your time. If you don't have good marks then you must have some exceptional skills. Otherwise, Your academic marks is very important. Sometimes, Companies calls students as per their academic records for recruitment process. Most important, focus on other skills like communication skills, management skills.
