what is the procedure for cancellation or withdrawal of admission in medical college? do we have to pay cmplt course fee or only annual fee?

thank u so much mam..i might get admission in kamineni institute of medical science or medicity institute of medical science in telangana but since the results of all india 2nd round counselling are kept in abeyance i have a chance in getting a seat in that as well..so if i take admission in telangana through state counselling, what is the procedure of withdrawal of admission if i get in AIQ 2nd round.?? pls guide me..
