Well Shubh as I can see you wanted to do civil engineering so any kind of engineering you need to India level entrance exam i.e JEE or else if any college conduct their own entrance exam then you need to quality that exam after qualifying the entrance exam if you cleared that exam or you get good marks then the college will call you for counselling then only you will get admission into your desired engineering courses or degree.
