You can fill Neet 2021 application form once Neet 2021 application form gets released , by going through the  following steps:-

* registration:- first of all you need to vist the official page i. e  ntaneet . nic . in and register yourself and generate your login credentials

* filling your details in the application of NEET 2021:- you have to fill your personal details , the medium or  language in which you want your neet  question paper,  academic details, your address etc

*Uploading the images :- You need to upload the scanned image of your signature, your passport size photograph, post card size picture and scanned image of your left hand thumb impression.

* paying neet application  fee:- you have to pay your neet application fee in online mode

* At last you need to take the print of the confirmation page

For filling the neet application form following documents are required:-

*your passport size photograph:- the  background of your photo should be white , preferably with your name and date of taking the photograph. It should be in JPG/JPEG format and its size should be within 10 kb to 200kb

*your postcard size picture:- background should be white, preferably with your name and date of capturing photo. Its size should be 50 to 200 kb and in JPG/JPEG format . Its dimension should be 4 cm x 6 cm

* your Signature:- your signature should be in running hand writing  on white paper /Background with black pen. Its size should be within 4 to 30 kb and in JPG/JPEG format

* your left-hand thumb impression:- it should be with blue ink on white paper . Its size should be within 10 to 50 kb and in JPG/JPEG format

*class 10 passing certificate :- you should scan your Class X Passing Certificate for uploading. Its size should be within 100 to 400 kb and in JPG/JPEG format
