I think your question is not enough for me giving answer to you, but can. Every University is have his own procedure but I can explain in brief

1. You need to fill the application form of university or college, which you get admission.

2. Take university or college entrance exam

3. If you are qualified or in merit list go for next step

4. Counseling, it is going on online and offline mode both
