what is the procedure to get admission in rajeev gandhi school of intellectual property law

RGSOIPL is based out of IIT Kharagpur. Admission to the Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in Intellectual Property Law is based on an online test conducted by the institute.

Eligibility to the programme is

First Class Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent.
OR
First Class Masters Degree in Science or Pharmacy or equivalent.
OR
First Class MBA Degree with any of the above

Application process starts in the 3rd week of January and closes in the end of March. The online test for shortlisted candidates is held in the end of the month of April.
Currently there are exam centres in
Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Raipur

Question Paper Pattern

  • English - 60 marks.
  • Logical Reasoning - 20 marks
  • Mathematical Ability - 15 marks
  • Basic Science(Chemistry, Physics, Life Science) - 35 marks
  • Legal Aptitude - 70 marks
