Hii Avinash!
After filling NEET application form and doing the payment, you are registered for the exam. Then, if you aim at taking part in state councelling, you need to register as per the state's norms, if any. Some days prior to the exam, you get your admit card. Give the examination and then, go for registration in counselling sessions as per your choice and score. That is, either All India Quota level counseling or State Level counseling. If you get a seat, you get a college for pursing MBBS.
