is there second time verification of certificates in TS eamcet 2nd counseling

Hello aspirant

Firstly congrats for the seat you have got, you need submit the certificates in the college alloted for you then your seat will be booked for in that college after that also you can go for second counseling round then if you get a better college than this you can change after that.
You have said that you zero fee so no need to pay any tuition in the college you need pay caution deposit according to the college norms.
