Visit the College you studied.Tell them that you have wrote your exam well but haven't got marks according to it.

Tell them the subject they will be asking few more details provide them.

Most of the Colleges themself apply for reconciliation.If your college has that facility then you will be just need to pay Fees.

If not you need to apply by visiting nearby NET centres.
