As you heard about NEET, AIIMS,JIPMER etc.All these are entrance exam to get admission in medical colleges.For becoming a doctor you have to complete your courses for which you have to enter in the colleges.There are different courses like MBBS,BDS,B.Pharma,Vetenary etc.If you want to do MBBS then you should think about AIIMs through which you will get fully government college.There also many good colleges through NEET.So you can start preparation for this.
