Dear student,

The refunds for the JoSAA and CSAB rounds related to NIT+ System was initiated from 15th December 2020 ( as per the information given on csab official site ).
You can also refer to JoSAA Business rule and CSAB information brochure carefully to assess their eligibility for refunds. The amount will come automatically in the bank account for which you have given the details during the registration, i.e, scanned copy of cancelled cheque or scanned copy of passbook if you have opted for withdrawal option.

Also note that you will not get any refund if you have got allotted any seat in 2nd round of csab and you have not accepted it.

And If you are eligible for refund and you still not get any refund then write a email to josaa help desk and raise this issue.

To withdraw from the JOSSA counselling follow the steps below

• Login to JOSSA portal with your ID password
• From the activity list click on withdrawal option
• then a new page will open which will show your personal details, bank details and a withdrawal agreement
• Fill the withdrawal agreement and submit it.

after successfully completing the withdrawal procedure you can get back the seat acceptance fee. It will be refunded to the same account which have been used to pay the fee. INR 2000 will be deducted as a charge and the rest of the amount will be refunded to you.
