Hello there!

Greetings!

Neet 2020 pattern is expected to remain the same even though aiims and Jipmer have been merged with it as there's no information regarding change in the pattern of neet has been released by nta. So neet 2020 will contain 180 mcqs questions in total, these questions will be divided into three sections, 45 questions will be from Physics, 45 questions will be from chemistry and 90 questions will be from biology. So the pattern is still the same and if it changes the nta will notify about it in advance but chances for change in pattern is very low .

thankyou
