               I hope you are doing good. I appreciate your choice of choosing GEnetic Engineering which is very rare. Now coming to your, To join Diploma in Genetics after 10th you should get at least 50% marks in 10th and student who get more marks in Science will be given more preference. As per my research, there is no Genetic Course available after 10th in Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU).
