Go to your WordPress dashboard first, then click on the plugins. Click the 'Add Fresh' button now, and check for Elementor. After downloading and enabling the plugin, you can see an 'Update With Elementor' button at the top of the screen when you add a new page. The live visual editor opens by clicking on this page.
