The salary hike varies from person to person and from company to company. The main factor in determining the hike in salary is the skills and the colleges along with the trade one have taken in their college time.

So, An average software engineer from TIER 3 can expect a starting salary of about 3.5 LPA and sometimes more if the company is product-based.
