IBPS PO exam ( the unsure way ). You would have to give PO exam conducted by IBPS. While applying you would have to rank various banks which hire PO's using scores on IBPS exam, where you would probably choose Bank Of Baroda as 1st choice and other banks as per preference. Post the selection process of IBPS, you would be placed with a Bank as PO. Though, it might not be the bank of your 1st preference.
