The forms for registration in AIIMS exam was started from 30 November 2018, and the final registration began on the month of February, that is from 21 Feb 2019, you have to fill the form through PAAR facility, it has been newly introduced by AIIMS (all India institute of medical sciences).

PAAR is the basic registration site..
