BHU PET MA Economics paper will be held in English and Hindi for a duration of  120 minutes duration carrying 360 marks containing 120 multiple-choice questions broadly distributed in the following six sections:

1. Section I : Microeconomics;
2. Section II : Macroeconomics;
3. Section III : International Economics;
4. Section IV : Quantitative Technique & Numerical Ability,
5. Section V : Economic Development & Growth and
6. Section VI : Issues of Indian Economy.
