Call to say you but actually have not mention that about which college you are talking about. Because it is completely depends upon the respective university or colleges to win they start their classes of any course.

Bachelor in computer application is 3 years long undergraduate degree course which consist different systems of computer, database management networking software things etc. On and average for colleges the starting date is mid August but if the classes are not started yet then you can expect that the starting date would be by mid of the September month.
