Nitya, as like every year, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh will not participate in All India Counselling. All the MBBS, BDS seats will be filled through 100% State Counselling. If any Candidate belonging to Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh wants to participate in All India Counselling, he/she has to give a self declaration form stating that they do not fulfil the State's domicile criteria and hence are participating in All India Counselling. Due to the internet disruption in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, students from this region are allowed to fill their applications offline.
