The Govt. Homeopathic Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram started functioning during 1983. College is popularly known as GHMC. The college is affiliated to the University of Kerala and approved by the Central Council of Homeopathy under the Department of AYUSH of Government of India.

College offers Scholarships to the meritorious and talented students. Students can apply for the scholarships in the beginning of the academic year.Scholarships are also based on Economic status of students.
