You can either get admission through NEET or Telangana State Medical Examinations to get admission in Telangana state BAMS course in any medical colleges. So I would advise you to start preparing for the exams. After the exams a counselling process is held which will get you a seat from participating colleges in the counselling if you manage to clear the cut off. Then you need to complete admission at the required college. Hope this helps!
