there are different subjects in each semester of bcom honours. Some of the core subjects are- financial accounting, corporate accounting, cost accounting, business law, corporate law, company law, business mathematics, etc. most of the subjects are related to accounting, law and management.

B.Com (H) is an undergraduate degree designed to focus on the systematic study of the concepts of all commerce subjects. A student has the option to specialize in a specific subject like Accounting, etc. Similar to B.Com (H), the difference is that a student can specialize in a certain subject in B.Com (H), which is not possible in B.Com.  In the latter, a student is given an overview of all the subjects taught in the honors course.
