In General Engineering there will be questions of fundamentals of kinetics, friction, fundamentals of Electrical circuits, fundamentals of energy and environment control, and measurement and power system etc.

In Engineering Mathematics, there will be fundamentals of differential and integral calculus, differential equations, fundamentals of vector calculus, numerical techniques etc.

In English there will be comprehension and grammar, antonyms, synonyms, correction of sentences, fill in the blanks, etc.

In general aptitude there will be logical reasoning, and analytical ability, general mental ability, decision making, data interpretation etc.

I think you must be asking the syllabus for Neet exam.

If I talk generally then the syllabus which you have studied in your class 11 comprising of physics, chemistry and Biology which clear your basics covers the 40% of the the examination. And the rest which you have studied in your class 10 and class 12 will be there in the examination.

In the Physics subject you will be having questions from the the topics- gravitation, kinematics, Laws of Motion ,optics ,thermodynamics, physical world and Measurement ,work energy and power, waves and oscillations ,electrostatics current electricity, atoms  and nuclei.

In the Chemistry subject- basic concepts of chemistry ,States of matter, thermodynamics,equilibrium , Redox reaction, periodic table, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, surface chemistry and organic chemistry.
