• Indian Polity and Governance-Constitution, Political System, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights Issues, etc
• Indian and World Geography-Physical, Social, Economic Geography of India and the World.

UPSC IAS Prelims Syllabus 2020 - General Studies (Paper-II)

In the General Studies Paper-II (CSAT), questions will be asked from the following topics of UPSC syllabus 2020

• Comprehension

• Interpersonal skills including communication skills

• Logical reasoning and analytical ability

• Decision making and problem-solving

• General mental ability
