In Information technology you will get to learn about information, data collection, transferring information between different channels.

Most of the companies require IT engineering but now a days not many colleges offer these course. In case of TE the jobs a somewhat similar to ECE feild. But jobs in telecommunication based companies are very difficult for freshers. Not many companies take freshers and even if they take the salary is about 20-30k per month.
