I understand that you are a private candidate and thus are facing a dilemma regarding your examination centre and so to answer your question you would be allotted a seat at any of the examination centres in which the examination is scheduled to be conducted along with other regular candidates who are appearing for the examination at that same centre. You will get to know about your allotted examination centre through your admit card as the name of the examination will be mentioned on it and then you can check your examination centre before hand to ease up any transportation hassles.
