Entrance exam question paper of AIIMS consists of 200 questions and each question carries 1 mark weightage. Out of 200 questions, 60 questions are from physics, 60 from chemistry, 60 from biology, 10 from general knowledge and 10 from aptitude and logical thinking. 1 mark is awarded for each correct answer and 1/3 is deducted for every wrong answer. 0 marks for unanswered questions.

The Paper of AIIMS have 200 questions of 200 marks in total. For Admission into the university you should have scored atleast 150+ marks for getting AIIMS Delhi.
