Sorry to say there is no substantial data to suggest accurately that this many seats are present for a subject in this college. The seat matrix varies heavily and the NTA provides no info suggesting the seat matrix.

There are about 250 medical colleges in India and taking an average of 2 seats for Medicine and Paediatrics, you may have somewhere near 300-400 seats taking in consideration that all medical colleges do not offer PGs as well as some might have 1 seat also.
