As Supreme court has ruled there should not be any quota for in-service doctors, state's will violate the rule if 40% seats are still reserved for service quota in MD and MS courses.
Calcutta High court has rejected the service quota ruling the health department has to set up new merit list based on marks and rank in entrance exam.
