 GOPENH stands for Gents open home university and GOPENO stands for Gents open other than home university.. See for every college(excluding many mostly autonomous but including government colleges) there is certain quota which is reserved for home university candidates and the rest for other than home university candidates… The quota is more for home university candidates than other than home university candidates…
