TFWS scheme is tuition fee waiver scheme applicable to all sanctioned seat of engineering and pharmacy in govt. colleges or aided colleges of state .This scheme shall be for complete duration of course and students admitted under this scheme shall not be allowed to change institutions / course under any circumstance.'This is applicable for EWS/OBC/physically handicapped/women.While EWS is for the economically weaker section .

Yes,you can apply for both,but you will have to show certificates related to your family income at the time of counselling and also you should have scored good marks in the previously qualified exam ,if your eligible they will grant you fee waiver.
