Currently there is no upper age limit in NEET. It means that you can participate as many times as you want in NEET, provided all other requirements are fulfilled.

Upper age criteria has been removed this year.

However minimum age criteria is still there. One's DOB should be on or before 31/12/2003 to participate in NEET 2020.

Dear Zishan, the upper age limit criterion has been removed from the eligibility of NEET as has been the clause of open school students not being eligible. Candidates who have studied from an open school or have biology as an additional subject are now eligible to apply for the exam.

I would like to inform you that there's NO upper age limit given for NEET 2020.

In the eligibility criteria they have mentioned that candidate must be born on or before 31st December 2003.
So if your date of birth before 31st December 2003 then you'll be eligible to give NEET 2020.
