the use of second phase counselling is if you are not satisfied with your seat with college or branch you can opt for second phase counselling.what happens is if you leave the seat your are alloted you have to go for second phase counselling there are chances for you to get in good colleges also sometimes because the leftt seats are gieven.however many people chose first phase .but you can also opt for second phase if you are not satisfied with first phase counselling
