The USMLE Step 3 exam consists of multiple-choice questions and computer-based case simulations (CCS). The patient's condition will be displayed and the examinee will provide the patient care and actions by typing in the order sheet of the patient chart. The Step 3 exam is conducted in 2 days. Day 1 is of 7 hours and day 2 is of 9 hours duration.
