Well, Verification card is the one you'll be getting after submitting your identity, board results, COMEDK UGET Admit Card and registration fee in the reporting centres for Verification.

Seat Allotment is letter you'll be receiving after being alloted a seat in any college. The page where you will be getting notification for seat allotment there, at the end of the page you'll find an option "Download Seat Allotment Letter". You will have to download that and take a printout and carry it to the alloted institute during admission.
