When thr results are with held it usually means that you have got a result but it is being with held from your because of certain reasons which they will cxlarify before giving you your result. The result may be published ater the required are fulfilled or whatever problem is there is resolved. For more details I insist you to reach out to your college/university administration (most likely your Controller of Examination will have the answers).
