Airport Ground Staff is a professional responsible for taking care of passenger of the plane on the Airport.  They have to take care of every little work on the airport right from taking care of the luggage from luggage carrier to cargo. To become Airport Ground Staff the minimum qualification required is +2 any stream followed by Diploma or PG Diploma course in the related field like Certfied Professional in Ground Staff Service  course or Diploma in Airport Ground Staff Training. and also, your Age should be in between the group of 18 years to 27 years.

If you are a qualified Airport Ground Staff you'll get numerous employment opportunities not only in Private Sector but also in Government Sector. you can also join Air India or AirPort authority of India as well as go with any of the big private players like Jet Airways, Go air and many more. In India, with a domestic Airlines,  you can expect anything between Rs.35,000 to Rs.40,000 per month to start with whereas if you are experienced you can expect anything between Rs.40,000 to Rs.1,00,000 depending upon the type and size of Airport you want to work for.
