To get admission into government medical colleges through NEET by All India Quota, you must score 570+ to be on the safe side. Previously 520+ used to suffice but the cut offs for government medical colleges have been increasing since the last 2 years.
For State Quota, you should score 520+ if you belong to general category. Do read your State Quota seat reservations and their respective cut offs as these vary from state to state.

I think if u get marks above 500 u will easily get a government medical college in UP.
