The marks you score depends on the course you want, and also the cutoff marks vary every year. So if you want to join into CS branch then you need atleast 150 marks. The given link will help you enormously on the details of admission.

The admission is granted on the basis of All India Rank. It is difficult to determine the JEE marks for a particular AIR.

In 2016, the cutoff for Computer Engineering in Nirma University was around 24000(approx. JEE Marks-110).

In 2017, the AIR was depending only on JEE marks and not the marks in board exams unlike previous years. So it can't be predicted what marks are needed for admission in the above mentioned colleges. Although this year, you will need at least 145marks for admission in Nirma University.
