Hello,
We cannot be sure of that because it depends on the difficulty of the paper and the difference in the number of students writing neet. However, having said that aiats papers are made a little harder than the NEET papers but competition is more during neet as more number of students studying in other coaching classes write these exams also. To be on the safe side you must be getting 550-560 marks in aiats to get above 600 in neet. Also, remember physics is the subject which is poor for most medical students so other than doing biology and chemistry such that you get 320+ in biology and 140+ in chemistry you must also do physics very well as this is what will help improve your rank so you can be among the toppers.
Hope this helps.
All the best.
