Open Quota : student belongs to same state and applying for admission in same state college.

State quote : student applying from different state.

SC/ ST category(state/open Quota) - Opening/closing rank  - 1-15000/15000 - 25000

General Category(state/Open Quota) - Opening/ Closing Rank - 1 -750/9501 -10000

State Quota -

Computer science Engineer (state/Open Quota) - Opening/ Closing Rank - 10001-12500/ 22500.

this are the ranking structure for 2019. Total marks of AEEE is 180 and there is no cut off marks provided after the result announced. they will announce only the ranks to get the admission. I advice you to aim for 160-170, So that you could fall in that ranking category. prepare well. all the best for your career. Hope this help you.
