Hello friend according to previous year rank the cutoff of GMC for sc category was 18500 rank, so this year the competition level is increased so expect some rise in the cutoff of the college. If you rank is somewhat near 18-19k them you can apply for the college.I know it sounds harsh and rude but giving you any false promise would neither help you nor me. Those who got 505–510 even they are struggling in the all India quota's counselling to get a seat for themselves so, for you at this score you already know your fate by now. But you don't loose hope if you have scored low marks you can opt for BA MS or you can think about the private colleges but the minimum tuition fees is somewhere around 50–60 lakhs. If you that much financially sound then you can go for private university.
