Hi, College reputation does matter and percentage also matters.
So  incase the college is not that good but your percentage is good then you will be get various options and incase it is vice-versa.
Also it depends upon the course. If you have done a major course from not so good institute and scored excellent then also you have good chances.
Getting graduated from a good college is a reputation mark but for further admission process your percentage counts not college name.
