actually its my brother's marks and he is quite depressed by his less marks ... thay y i want to handle his depression smothly ... so plz tell me the rank for 217 marks general category

As the cut off is too low of this year in general. So he has best chances of getting rank under 15000 and it is a quiet good score. He can get into good nits with good branches. Kudos to him. tell him to prepare for advance.
