a college may plan to improve student learning and placements, most institutions are now focusing on industry tie-ups, skill-based training, and real-world exposure. Many are introducing certificate courses in collaboration with tech companies, hosting industry expert sessions, and forming placement cells that work closely with recruiters. Some colleges are also signing MoUs with multinational companies and launching internship-driven learning modules to bridge the gap between academics and employment. In addition, colleges are upgrading their infrastructure for digital learning, encouraging entrepreneurship cells, and promoting campus-based startup incubators. These efforts aim to equip students with practical skills and boost their chances of securing better job opportunities after graduation
